LACourtConnect is an integral component of the Court's Access LACourt | Your Way initiative. Do you have a scheduled LACC hearing?

You can request a remote appearance for the following case types:

• Civil
• Family Law
• Small Claims
• Probate
• Unlawful Detainer
• Traffic

Who can utilize LACourtConnect? LACourtConnect is designed for individuals actively involved in a hearing: litigants, attorneys, and witnesses. Registration is required as it integrates with the case management system to accurately reflect participants' appearances in the Court’s records.

How to register for Remote Appearances? Remote appearances can be scheduled only for hearings occurring within the next 30 days. For detailed instructions, refer to the User Guide Chapter on Scheduling a Remote Appearance.

Cost: It’s free! Since September 7th, 2021, the Court has been offering LACourtConnect free of charge through one-time state budget funding.

Restrictions: Recording or broadcasting your hearing is strictly prohibited under California Rules of Court 1.150 and local court rules.

Language Assistance: If you require an interpreter for a courtroom proceeding, the court will provide one at no cost. This service is provided free of charge to court users.
